1. Direct Pricing and Payment Terms
XFind does not use an automated online checkout for these services. Pricing and payment terms are agreed directly between XFind and the client before the session or file delivery.
2. Scam Awareness File
The Scam Awareness File is an educational resource. Refund eligibility for a file is discussed directly with XFind before delivery, except where a refund is required by law.
3. 1:1 Coaching Session
Once a 1:1 Coaching Session has taken place, it is non-refundable, except where required by law.
4. No Outcome-Based Refunds
XFind provides educational content and coaching only. A refund is not available because a client did not obtain a particular outcome.
5. How to Request a Refund
