1. How to Request Access or Deletion
Use the Contact page and state whether you want access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request. Include the email address connected to your XFind interaction.
2. Verification Process
XFind may ask for information to verify that the request is coming from the right person before sharing or deleting data.
3. Exceptions
Some data may need to be retained where required by law, including financial, tax, security, dispute, or compliance records.
4. Response Timeframe
XFind will respond within one month of your request, which may be extended by up to two additional months for complex requests, in which case we'll notify you.
