1. What We Collect
We collect information you provide, including name, contact details, messages, booking details, purchase details, and information you choose to share for educational coaching.
When you visit the site or send us an inquiry, we also automatically receive a limited amount of technical information from your device, browser, and connection. This includes device and browser characteristics, display and language settings, general connection and network identifiers assigned to you by your provider, the broad geographic area your connection appears to originate from, your general time and language region, the pages you arrive on, and how you reached us. This connection-derived area may be expressed as a city, wider region, country, or a general map reference for that area. It is approximate only, is not precise location data, does not identify your address or whereabouts, and is never taken from your device's positioning features. We use this only to keep the site secure, prevent misuse and fraudulent or abusive submissions, and understand that our service is working properly.
Your browser also keeps a small record on your own device noting that you have visited this site before, when you first arrived, and roughly how many times you have returned. This record stays on your device, contains no name or contact details, is not linked to any profile, and is never used to follow you across other websites. It helps us tell a first-time visitor from a returning one so we can respond appropriately. Clearing your browsing data removes it, and using a different browser or device starts it again. See our Cookie Policy for more on information stored by your browser.
2. How We Use It
We use this information to respond to you, provide educational services, manage purchases, schedule sessions, improve resources, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with necessary processors that help operate the website, payments, communications, scheduling, security, and legal compliance.
4. Cookies And Your Choice
When you first visit, we ask whether you agree to optional analytics. Declining switches that off completely and does not limit your access to any part of the site. You can change your decision at any time using Manage Cookies at the bottom of any page.
Separately, the limited security record described in section 1 is kept on every visit and is not affected by that choice. It is treated as essential because it is what allows us to detect impersonation, fraudulent or automated submissions, and abuse of this website. It is kept to what security and fraud prevention require.
Full detail, including everything stored on your device, is set out in our Cookie Policy.
5. User Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion through the Data Requests page, subject to lawful retention requirements.
6. Security Measures
We use industry-standard measures to protect personal data. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as you have an active relationship with XFind, and for 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, financial or tax records). After that period, your data is deleted or anonymized.
8. Children's Privacy
XFind's services are intended for adults only, consistent with our 18+ eligibility requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn we've collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly.
9. Session Confidentiality
What you share in a coaching session is treated as private and is not shared outside XFind except where described in this Privacy Policy. Coaching notes are used only to support your session and are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated date will show when changes are made.
11. Contact
